Membership
Taiwan Cradle to Cradle Strategic Alliance welcomes all institutional bodies, especially enterprises. The alliance consists of governmental agencies, enterprises, academia, research institutes and NGOs. Currently the alliance has 126 members and continues to welcome new applications.
Structure of the alliance
The Taiwan Cradle to Cradle Strategic Alliance is structured into three sections: the secretariat, the consultant group, and the activities section.
• The secretariat is in charge of all administrative work.
• The consultant group provides suggestions for the operational affairs of the Taiwan Cradle to Cradle Strategic Alliance.
• The activities section will plan educational activities.
In addition to these three sections, members are grouped by industry, and each industry is again divided into two sections: the Regulation Strategy Section and the Technical Development Section.
The Regulation Strategy section provides suggestions on the implementation of Cradle to Cradle design within the context of Taiwan’s industrial regulations, and the Technical Development Section promotes Cradle to Cradle related design and research.Working plans
- Organize a member meeting every half a year
- Organize courses, symposiums and workshops on Cradle to Cradle basic knowledge, methods and experiences, and provide related trainings
- Hold brainstorming sessions for members to collect creative ideas and construct an alliance database for potential Cradle to Cradle implementation
- Disseminate Cradle to Cradle related event information and news via the Cradle to Cradle Platform
- Build relationship with the Cradle to Cradle companies overseas
